Upgrade Service Plan
How to upgrade from Starter to Business or Agency:
- Log in to Dashboard
- Go to Service Plans page
- Select the new plan to upgrade
- Pay the difference (calculated daily)
- System automatically activates within 2 hours
Payment History
View all invoices and payment history:
- Go to Service Plans page
- Scroll down to "Payment History" section
- View details of each transaction
- Download PDF invoice (for accounting)
Cancel Service Plan
You can cancel your service plan anytime:
- Go to Service Plans page
- Click "Cancel Service Plan" button
- Confirm cancellation reason (to help us improve)
- Account remains active until end of paid cycle
Account Security
Protect your account:
- Use strong password (8+ characters, uppercase, numbers, special characters)
- Don't share password with others
- Log out when using public computers
- Change password regularly (every 3-6 months)
- Contact support immediately if you notice suspicious activity
