Upgrade Service Plan

How to upgrade from Starter to Business or Agency:

  1. Log in to Dashboard
  2. Go to Service Plans page
  3. Select the new plan to upgrade
  4. Pay the difference (calculated daily)
  5. System automatically activates within 2 hours
Daily billing: If upgrading mid-month, you only pay the difference for remaining days in current cycle.

Payment History

View all invoices and payment history:

  • Go to Service Plans page
  • Scroll down to "Payment History" section
  • View details of each transaction
  • Download PDF invoice (for accounting)

Cancel Service Plan

You can cancel your service plan anytime:

  1. Go to Service Plans page
  2. Click "Cancel Service Plan" button
  3. Confirm cancellation reason (to help us improve)
  4. Account remains active until end of paid cycle
Note: After cancellation, data is stored for 30 days. You can reactivate during this time. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.

Account Security

Protect your account:

  • Use strong password (8+ characters, uppercase, numbers, special characters)
  • Don't share password with others
  • Log out when using public computers
  • Change password regularly (every 3-6 months)
  • Contact support immediately if you notice suspicious activity
