1. Definitions

"Service" is the NS Ads Xperts™ system that provides click fraud detection and automatic IP blocking solutions on advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).

"User" is an individual or organization that registers and uses our Service.

"Domain" is the website domain that Users register to track and protect against click fraud.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. Registration Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older or have consent from a legal guardian
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for securing your login information
• You may not share your account with others

2.2. User Rights and Obligations

Rights:

• Use all features according to the subscribed service plan
• Manage multiple domains (according to plan limits)
• Access detailed analysis reports
• Export click data in CSV format
• Connect with your advertising accounts (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok)

Obligations:

• Pay in full and on time according to the selected service plan
• Do not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Do not attempt to hack or damage the system
• Do not create fake accounts, spam, or abuse the service
• Comply with policies and regulations of advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok)

3. Service Plans and Payment

3.1. Service Plans

We provide the following service plans:

• Demo (Free): Full system features trial, unlimited time
• Starter: 500.000₫/month - 1 domain, 500 blocked IPs, unlimited clicks, fraud detection, email support
• Business: 1.000.000₫/month - 3 domains, 1.500 blocked IPs, unlimited clicks, advanced fraud detection, priority support
• Agency: 2.000.000₫/month - 20 domains, 10.000 blocked IPs, unlimited clicks, white-label option, api access, dedicated support

3.2. Payment

• Payment is processed through VNPay payment gateway
• Automatic payment renewal (can be cancelled anytime)
• Invoice is sent via email after each successful payment
• Price includes VAT (10%)

3.3. Refund Policy

100% refund within the first 7 days if:

• Service does not work as described
• You are not satisfied with service quality
• You use less than 10% of the service plan quota

No refund if:

• More than 7 days have passed since payment date
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Account is locked due to fraud or abuse

4. Service Features

4.1. Click Tracking

• System automatically tracks all clicks on your ads
• Analyze user behavior (time on page, pages viewed, interactions)
• Record information: IP, User Agent, Referrer, Device, Location
• Track via Google Tag Manager (GTM) or JavaScript snippet

4.2. Fraud Detection

System automatically detects and blocks fraudulent IPs based on:

• Repeated clicks: Same IP clicking multiple times in a short period
• Low time on page: Immediate bounce (< 3 seconds)
• No interaction: No scroll, no click, no pageview
• Bot/Crawler: Suspicious User Agent, headless browser
• VPN/Proxy: IP from datacenter, VPN, public proxy

4.3. Automatic IP Blocking

• Sync fraudulent IPs to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads
• Automatically update campaign exclusions
• Block at campaign or account level (depending on platform)
• Support Performance Max (Pmax) campaigns with account-level blocking

4.4. Reports and Analysis

• Real-time overview dashboard
• Analysis charts by time, device, traffic source
• Weekly email reports (every Monday 9:00 AM)
• Export CSV data (maximum 10,000 rows per export)

5. Advertising Platform Integration

5.1. Google Ads Integration

• Connect via OAuth 2.0 (no password storage)
• Sync IPs to Campaign Exclusions
• Support MCC (Manager Account) and Sub-accounts
• Automatically refresh token when expired

5.2. Required Access Permissions

To use the automatic IP blocking feature, we need permissions:

• Read campaign list: Display campaigns for you to select
• Manage exclusions: Add/remove IPs in the block list
• No permissions: Edit budget, bid, ads, keywords

6. Quotas and Limits

6.1. Plan Quotas

• Clicks: Unlimited for all plans
• Number of domains: Demo (unlimited), Starter (1), Business (3), Agency (20)
• Blocked IPs: Demo (unlimited), Starter (500), Business (1.500), Agency (10.000)
• API rate limit: 100 requests/minute
• Export CSV: 10,000 rows per export

6.2. Exceeding Quota

• System will notify via email when reaching 80% of quota
• When quota is exceeded, tracking still works but does not save new data
• You need to upgrade plan or wait until the next payment cycle

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1. NS Ads Xperts™ Responsibilities

• Provide stable service, minimum 99.5% uptime
• Secure user data according to international standards
• Technical support via email within 24 business hours
• Notify at least 30 days in advance if there are major changes

7.2. Disclaimer

We are NOT responsible for:

• Damages due to misuse, violation of advertising policies
• Wasted advertising costs before using the service
• Decisions to suspend/lock accounts by Google, Facebook, TikTok
• Data loss due to user error or third parties
• Downtime of advertising platforms (Google Ads API, Facebook API)
• Advanced click fraud that bypasses the system (AI-based fraud)

7.3. Accuracy

The fraud detection system has an estimated accuracy of 85-95%. The following may occur:

• False Positive: Valid clicks mistakenly identified as fraud
• False Negative: Fraudulent clicks not detected

We continuously improve the algorithm based on machine learning and user feedback.

8. Service Termination

8.1. Termination by User

• You can cancel your subscription anytime in the Subscription page
• Service continues until the end of the current payment cycle
• Data is stored for an additional 30 days after cancellation (in case you return)
• After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted

8.2. Termination by NS Ads Xperts™

We have the right to suspend/terminate accounts if:

• Violation of Terms of Service
• No payment after 7 days overdue
• Fraudulent behavior or service abuse detected
• Use for illegal purposes

In this case, no refund.

9. Terms Changes

• We have the right to change Terms of Service at any time
• Notify via email at least 30 days before taking effect
• Continued use of the service after notification means you accept the changes
• If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and receive a prorated refund

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing law: Vietnamese law
• Language: Vietnamese (English version is for reference only)
• Dispute resolution: Negotiate first, if unsuccessful, submit to competent court in Vietnam
